Delivery and Returns Policy

Delivery Policy

Unless otherwise advised by you, our client, we will deliver your Products to the delivery address indicated on your tax invoice.

If no-one is available to take delivery of your Products, our carrier will leave a card requesting you to telephone and arrange a suitable time and date for delivery.  We reserve the right to pass on any redelivery fees charged by our carrier in circumstances where they have attempted delivery during normal business hours and have not been able to make delivery due to factors beyond their control.

We will use our reasonable endeavours to deliver your Products to you within 5 working days of the date of receiving payment, however, we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame.

Insurance
Your products are generally not insured against loss while in transit to you.

If you receive the product in poor packaging condition, you have the right to refuse acceptance.

 

Returns Policy

Displays 2 Go will make every effort to locate transaction receipts through our system if lost or misplaced.

Displays 2 Go reserves the right to:

Assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to offering a repair, exchange or refund. This may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused.

Refunds will generally be issued using your original payment method

Operating difficulties

If you are experiencing operating difficulties with any Displays 2 Go product, please contact us for assistance. Most operating difficulties can be quickly solved with the right advice, and our team members are always happy to help you. The best number to call is 1300 240 250.  Our clients are our top priority, and we will go out of our way to support you.

Product Returns

Displays 2 Go will accept product returns and provide you with credit, refund or repair where:

  • The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or
  • The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or
  • The product does not match the sample or our description
  • You can present your Displays 2 Go tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase

Please note Displays 2 Go may elect to send an authorised agent to determine the nature of the problem prior to authorising any return.

If the product is determined to be faulty and cannot be repaired on site, not of reasonable quality, not fit for purpose or not matching a description or sample, Displays 2 Go will gladly offer an exchange or refund.

If you cannot present your Displays 2 Go invoice or other acceptable proof of purchase, Displays 2 Go reserves the right not to offer a refund or exchange.

No refund will be given on free items or bonus items.

Change of mind product returns

As most of the products we supply are custom built to our client's requirements, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for changes of mind.

You may return some items because you have changed your mind about your purchase. Once proof of purchase is established, Displays 2 Go will gladly offer you an alternative product, credit or refund provided that:

  • You return the item within 30 days of purchase at your own expense
  • You produce your original Displays 2 Go tax invoice at the time you return the item
  • It is unopened, unused, in its original condition and packaging.

If these requirements are not satisfied Displays 2 Go reserves the right not to offer an exchange product, credit or refund for change of mind returns.

The delivery charges will only be reimbursed when Displays 2 Go is at fault; that is, if the wrong item is delivered to the client or there is a fault with the product (including damaged in transit). In all other circumstances, including change of mind, the delivery charges will be deducted from the refund to the customer.

If Displays 2 Go requests my personal information during the refund or exchange process, what do they do with the information?

We will use your details and order information, including billing and delivery address, email address and phone number for the fulfilment of your order. This includes refunds or exchanges, where our processes are designed to comply with fraud identification.

For your protection and peace of mind, our policies and procedures ensure that all personal information no matter how or where it is obtained is handled sensitively, securely and in accordance with the National Privacy Principles set out in the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988.
