Low cost and portable exhibition kit
Create a functional and attractive display whilst saving money, using our flexible range of portable display and trade show packages. You can quickly & easily transport and assemble the stand yourself, saving time and eliminating freight and on-site contractor costs.
These effective exhibition displays can be used over and over again at various events, and can be easily adapted to fit any standard sized trade-show booth.
This package consists of:
- 2 x 850mm wide Promo pull-up banner stands with carry bags
- 1 x 400mm square portable plinth with permanent branding, supplied in a carry bag
Plinth
The clever design of the portable plinths allows the bases to fold flat when dismantled, allowing multiple plinths to fit inside a single carton or bag.

The Promo stand weighs less than 5kgs and folds down into a carry bag with shoulder strap for compact storage when not in use
Artwork can be supplied directly by you or your graphic designer, or if you prefer we have an in-house graphic design department to prepare your print-ready artwork.

From opening the bags and taking out your stands it takes no more than 60 seconds to assemble each component. No tools are required.
The standard banners are digitally printed on a high quality, non-curl, low glare synthetic wide format banner substrate. We use high quality colour inks to create true colour realisation of your designs.
No matter the banner material you choose it is simple to replace the existing graphic with a brand new design simply by sending the banner stand back to us so we can swap them out!

Standard production lead time for this kit is 1.5 weeks. This time is calculated from when you place your order and print-ready artwork has been prepared. We take pride in having one of the quickest turn-arounds in the display and exhibition industry. Miracles are our specialty, so if you need something sooner than the timeframes below just ask! Note that rush jobs typically require overtime shifts for our team so typically require a surcharge, depending on the circumstances.
Allow extra time for delivery if delivery is required. We can advise you on freight timings, which will vary according to the delivery post code.
Freight pricing will be automatically calculated once all items are in your cart. Freight is calculated based on the size and weight of your combined order, as well as delivery address.
