Need help?

Unsure as to which flag base will suit you best?  Here is a simple guide to help you decide.

The in-ground stake is the most popular option because it is simple to transport and can be used on a variety of soft surfaces such as grass, sand, or a garden bed. The steel cross feet are useful for hard surfaces such as footpaths, road sides and asphalt, and being in a "cross" shape the feet can fold up when not in use. For added stability a water weight bag can be added to the base to add some additional weight - the water weight bag can hold up to 15 litres of water, which is 15kg in weight.

Wall mounted brackets are also available, in which case the bracket is typically permanently bolted to a wall and the flag can be attached or removed as required. If you are in a situation where you don't want to leave the flag in position 24/7 this is fine because the flag is easily removable.

Teardrop flags and Blade 2 Go flags are supplied with a carry bag as standard, and the ground spike and cross feet are designed to fit into this bag so extra bags or boxes are not required.
