Planning & Technical Specification

At this point, we have worked to create an agreed specification and look that suits our clients’ requirements and desires, now is the time to use the full experience of our team to produce the finished product in an effective, efficient and timely manner.
While much has been considered in the creation of the accepted concept, manufacturing and constructing a job involves the engagement of suppliers, team members and other expertise to execute the build. To ensure that the concept we move into production offers our clients the look, feel, budget expectation and functionality that they need, the technical and logistical requirements of the job need to match.
Through a combination of our experience, our supply network, our in-house team and many other elements, we pull everything together into a project plan that lays out our objectives for a build. Whether through liaising with our design team over detail, creating CAD files, using our machinery and tradespeople, selecting materials with suppliers and many other things, we ensure an all-encompassing plan that allows transparency throughout the team with regards to the project's progress.
