The graphics can easily be interchanged or replaced for rebranding. As they are made from lightbox fabric, additional graphic skins fold down for compact storage until their next outing.
The graphics are printed using the dye-sublimation printing process meaning the environmentally friendly water-based inks are heat infused into a purpose made backlit polyester fabric. This ensures not only the ultimate vibrant print results, but the skins are also colour fast and washable!
It pays to work with a good designer to create artwork that really pops when backlit. If you need help with this just talk to us, as we have a full experienced design studio to help you achieve your goals.
This product carries a 1 year hardware warranty. Other products carry a 5 year warranty and may be more suitable for multiple use over a longer period of time.
(The warranty applies to non-graphic components and is available to the original owner of the unit. The warranty does not cover damage caused by mistreatment by the user or by normal wear and tear).
Sizes and weights
Round - 600mm diameter. Gross weight in bag = 12.5kg
Square - 600mm x 600mm. Gross weight in bag = 12kg.
Rectangle - 1000mm x 600mm. Gross weight in bag = 28kg (this one is heavy)
All counters are 1000mm (1 metre) high
Weight of mains powered pump is 1.5kg
Materials
The strength of the counter is obtained through the use of an internal bladder made with a long lasting inflatable TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane). It is so strong you can even sit on it! Internal top and base are manufactured from MDF, and the tops from strong thermo-formed ABS plastic.
Choose between mains powered air inflation pump, rechargeable battery powered pump, or a hand pump.
Internal lighting can have battery or mains power. Battery is a 16AH lithium-ion rechargeable battery
Artwork can be supplied directly by you or your graphic designer, or if you prefer we have an in-house graphic design department to prepare your print-ready artwork.

Artwork Guide for Rectangular Counter
Standard production lead time for Inflatable Counters is 1.5 weeks. This time is calculated from when you place your order and print-ready artwork has been prepared. We take pride in having one of the quickest turn arounds in the display and exhibition industry. Miracles are our specialty, so if you need something sooner than the timeframes below just ask!
(The above times are calculated from the timing of your order confirmation, and in some cases the supply of your print-ready artwork if that is required to commence your job)
Allow extra time for delivery if delivery is required. We can advise you on freight timings, which will vary according to the delivery post code.
Freight pricing will be automatically calculated once all items are in your cart. Freight is calculated based on the size and weight of your combined order, as well as delivery address.
