Exhibition stand hire
Not every exhibition justifies a custom build. A hire kit gives you a finished stand for the run of the show, then it goes back. Nothing to store afterwards. Nothing left over from a one-off appearance.
Two kits cover the jobs most exhibitors need done. The Foot Traffic Hire Kit is aimed at drawing people in from the aisle. The Food and Beverage Sampling Hire Kit is set up for handing out samples and talking to people about them.

Each kit includes white raised flooring with a ramp edge, which can also hide power and data cables.

Choosing the right hire kit
Partition walls can be hired on their own, which suits a space you need to divide rather than dress. If neither kit matches the stand you have booked, the wider exhibition and event range covers the pieces you can add to it.

Which kit suits your space
The Foot Traffic kit is for a space with no walls, where you have leased the floor area only. It has no seating, because visitors are meant to come and go. The food and beverage kit gives you service space on all four sides, with storage under the counters, for tastings, cafes and food sampling.

How long can I hire a kit for?
What is included in the hire price?
The furniture, raised floor and custom printing shown for each kit. Delivery to the venue and on-site installation are extra for both kits, as are artwork preparation and venue rigging for the food kit's Sky Banner. We can help with all of them.
Can a hire kit be changed to suit my stand?
Yes. The Foot Traffic kit is customisable throughout, so talk to us about layout or specific requirements. Changes to the colours or finishes of unprinted parts fall outside the standard price.
Do I need a stand with walls for the Foot Traffic kit?
No walls are needed. The kit is made for spaces where you have leased the floor area only, and its open layout encourages visitors to walk on.
