Most reprints come from the same handful of artwork problems: resolution too low for the finished size, fonts that were never outlined, transparencies left unflattened, or no bleed.
These pages cover how to set files up so that does not happen. In short: supply a high-resolution PDF, set up at 100% of finished size, with 10 mm bleed unless a product template says otherwise, text outlined or embedded, and everything flattened.
