On our Gazebo 2 Go event marquee, the aluminium frame and the printed canopy are separate parts. That's why a club or agency can run one plain frame with several printed canopies for different sponsors. So a torn or faded canopy doesn't have to mean a whole new marquee.
We don't sell legs, folding bars or joints as separate spare parts. If the frame itself is damaged, the warranty below may cover it, so send us photos and we'll tell you what can be done.
The Gazebo 2 Go comes in two sizes:
Each size has its own canopy, full-height wall and half-height wall templates, so a replacement canopy or wall is printed to suit your frame.
1. Check the warranty first. The frame and other non-graphic components carry a 1 year warranty for the original owner of the unit. It doesn't cover mistreatment or normal wear and tear, and it doesn't cover the printed graphics.
2. Check the frame while the canopy is off. Look along each leg, the folding bars across the top and the bolted joints where they meet.
IMPORTANT: Don't force a bent leg or bar open or closed. You can make the damage worse.
3. If anything on the frame is bent or broken, take two photos: one of the whole frame and one close-up of the damage. Note the marquee size, and roughly when you bought it.
4. Send us the photos and the details. We'll tell you what can be done.
5. If you need a new canopy, use your original artwork if you still have it. Your designer sets it up on the canopy template for your size, following our artwork specifications. The template shows where the seams fall, so logos don't end up across a join.
Note: Short of time? Plain marquees are available too, and a printed canopy can be added when your artwork is ready.
Note: Standard production for a Gazebo 2 Go is 2 weeks from your order and print-ready artwork. Allow extra time for delivery.
6. Fit the new canopy. Undo the corner straps that hold the old canopy to the frame, lift it off, then fasten the new canopy with its corner straps the same way.
7. Finally, weight or peg every leg before you use it. Our accessories include weighted steel base plates (7kg each) and sand bags (7kg each when filled). Rules vary by council: Clarence City Council in Tasmania, for example, requires 25kg on each leg of a small gazebo, and more for larger ones, where it can't be anchored. You're done!
Walls aren't part of the frame: each one attaches with the industrial-strength velcro straps and zips supplied. Full-height and half-height walls each have their own template for every marquee size, so tell us which wall it is (back, side, full or half height) and we can print a new one to match. Then undo the old wall's straps and zip, and fit the new one the same way.
If only the velcro or a zip has failed, send us a close-up photo of that too, before you reorder the whole wall.
After each event, check the joints and the velcro, and replace a worn canopy or wall before it fails on site. Dry the canopy and walls fully before long-term storage. In high winds, take the marquee down. Our branded marquee buyer's guide has more on weights and care.
