Pink Town Hall Square entry box offering an iPad every month on its tall header

A full-colour prize draw box sells the prize as well as collecting forms, such as this pink Town Hall Square box offering the chance to 'Win an iPad every month'. The tall header carries the offer and a smiling shopper image. 'Place entry forms here' is printed beside the slot, so entering takes no explanation.
