Open suggestion box with a chain-held lid and a white inner box with a slot

A suggestion box with a lock keeps feedback secure until staff collect it, shown here with the hinged lid open. A chain stops the lid from falling back, and a white inner box with a slot receives the cards. Clear panels on the front and the upright header take printed prompts or branding.
