Mall kiosk food station beneath the escalators

A mall kiosk built for cooking lets a brand serve food in front of a crowd, such as this Old El Paso station set up beneath the escalators. Counters wrap around the preparation area, so staff work inside while shoppers gather on the open sides. Yellow branded headers identify the station from the upper level too.
