Street flags for a library along a footpath

Street flags tell people a service is open before they reach the door, such as these maroon Library Open flags along a footpath. Each flag also carries a FREE internet badge, so passers-by learn what's on offer too. Repeating the same message down the path gives people several chances to read it as they approach.
