Display board hire

Display boards are the workhorse of conferences, poster sessions, careers expos and community events: something to pin posters, signage and samples to, that stands on its own and packs flat afterwards.

Our portable display panels are double-sided, Velcro-compatible boards in a standard 750 x 1100 mm size. They join with poles and clips into straight runs, zig-zags or free-standing notice boards, so the same set of panels can be a poster wall one week and a three-sided booth the next.

What is included

• Double-sided fabric panels, 750 x 1100 mm, with connecting poles and joiners.
• Feet for straight runs (panels set at an angle to each other stand without feet).
• Canvas carry bag holding up to four panels.
• Optional printed graphic boards, which can be larger than the panel behind them.
• Kits from 2 panels up to 8 panels (an 8-panel kit gives a wall about 3 m wide by 2.2 m high).

Setting up

The Cario system is pole and clip: each panel arrives separately, and the poles lock into clips permanently fixed to the panels, vertically or horizontally. There are no tools, and a kit takes minutes to assemble. Attach posters and lightweight items with self-adhesive Velcro fasteners.

Planning tips

• Allow about 0.75 m of wall width per A1 poster in portrait, or one panel per poster with room to spare.
• Zig-zag layouts stand without feet and give each poster its own angle - useful in a crowded hall.
• Order self-adhesive Velcro fasteners with the kit if you are attaching posters yourself.
• Book early for the busy conference months - panel kits are shared across many events.

Frequently asked questions

How big is an 8-panel display board kit?

Set up as a straight wall, an 8-panel kit is about 3 m wide and 2.2 m high. A 6-panel kit is about 2.25 m wide and a 4-panel kit about 1.5 m wide, all at 2.2 m high.

Can I attach my own posters?

Yes. The panels are Velcro-compatible on both sides, so posters, signs and light product samples attach with self-adhesive Velcro fasteners and come off cleanly afterwards.

Do the boards stand up on their own?

Yes. Panels set at an angle to each other are self-supporting; straight runs use the supplied feet.

What if I need a different size or colour?
