Exhibition wall hire

A printed wall is the fastest way to turn a bare booth or a corner of a venue into your space. Our exhibition walls for hire are fabric SuperWall systems: a lightweight aluminium frame with a one-piece printed fabric skin that zips on, giving a smooth, seamless finish with no visible joins.

Hire them as a single backdrop behind a table, or combine three walls to enclose a 3 x 3 m trade show booth. Widths run from 2.4 m up to 9 m in one piece, and custom heights are available to satisfy shopping-centre height limits.

What is included

• Aluminium snap-lock frame and carry bag for each wall.
• Full-colour, dye-sublimation printed fabric skin with your artwork (270 gsm fabric).
• Straight or rounded corners, single- or double-sided printing to suit the position of the wall.
• Artwork templates, and graphic design help if you need it.
• Hire for the show period, quoted per job.

Sizes and configurations

Standard SuperWall widths are 2.4 m and 3 m, with larger one-piece walls available. Three 3 m walls make a full 3 x 3 m booth; add a header graphic, a counter or an iPad stand to complete the stand. Curved walls, edge-lit walls and illuminated SuperWalls are also in the range if the brief calls for something more theatrical.

Setting up

A 3 m SuperWall weighs about 12 kg in its bag. One person can assemble the frame in about five minutes without tools, then slide the printed skin over the outside and zip it closed. If you would rather have the stand installed at the venue, ask us when you book.

Frequently asked questions

How long can I hire an exhibition wall for?

Exhibition hire kits are quoted for hire periods of up to five days, which covers most shows including bump-in and bump-out. Longer periods are quoted on request.

Can I use my own artwork?

Yes. We supply a template for the wall size you hire; send us print-ready artwork and we print the fabric skin in full colour. Our graphic designers can lay it out for you if you prefer.

Do I need tools or a technician to set it up?

No. The SuperWall frame snap-locks together by hand and the fabric skin zips on. One person can put up a 3 m wall in around five minutes. Installation help at the venue is available if you would like it.

Can I buy the wall instead of hiring it?

Yes. Every SuperWall system is available to buy, and the printed skin can be reprinted for later shows. Ask for both hire and purchase prices when you enquire.
