Nothing says prize draw like a raffle barrel. Ours are built for promotions that run all day: a solid drum, a crank handle that keeps turning, and a door that opens cleanly for the draw. They are used by clubs, shopping centres, charities, schools and brands running competitions, and they come back looking the part after years of fundraisers and activations.
Floor standing raffle barrels hold the most tickets and make a feature of the draw at big events. Counter top raffle barrels sit on a bar, reception desk or demo table for smaller draws and in-store promotions. Both are available plain or with graphics.
Add printed panels with your logo, sponsor branding or the promotion details so the barrel does the advertising while it collects entries. If you run different promotions through the year, we can supply changeable graphics.
Raffle barrels pair naturally with competition entry boxes for collecting entries and prize wheels for instant-win promotions. Our guide to running a raffle barrel promotion covers the practical side.
Sporting clubs and RSLs run weekly raffles from a floor-standing barrel that lives behind the bar. Shopping centres use branded barrels for school-holiday promotions and gift-card draws. Charities and schools use them for fundraisers, where a visible barrel on the counter encourages entries. Brands running competitions at exhibitions and activations pair a counter-top barrel with an entry box so the draw can happen on the stand in front of the crowd.
Choose floor-standing or counter-top, decide whether you want the barrel plain or with printed panels, and send us your logo or promotion artwork. We can supply the panel template. Plain barrels can be dispatched quickly; branded panels need artwork approval and print time, so allow for that before a draw date. If the promotion changes each season, ask about interchangeable graphics.
Need to collect entries as well as draw them? Add an entry box beside the barrel and a printed sign with the terms and the draw date, and the whole promotion is covered from one supplier.
Between promotions the barrel stores easily: counter-top models go back in their box, and floor-standing barrels lift off the stand. Wipe the drum and the acrylic panels with a soft cloth and they are ready for the next draw. If a handle or door catch wears after years of service, replacement parts are available rather than replacing the whole barrel.
Barrels ship to every state. Counter-top models travel boxed; floor-standing barrels come with their stand and take a few minutes to assemble.
We sell them. Floor-standing and counter-top barrels are available to buy plain or branded.
Counter-top barrels suit in-store and desk draws; floor-standing barrels suit big events and large ticket volumes.
Yes. Printed panels can carry your logo, sponsor branding or promotion details, and they can be changed between campaigns.
Turn the crank to tumble the tickets, open the door and draw. The door closes securely between draws.
