Portable exhibition kits
Piecing a stand together item by item means chasing a banner here and a counter there, then hoping the finishes match on the day. A kit takes that away: one co-ordinated package at one price, with the pieces already chosen to work together.
The kits are numbered, running from Exhibition kit 1 through kit 5 to kit 12. Each one can be customised to fit spaces of different sizes, so the stand you have booked decides which suits you.

Choosing a kit
Kits 1, 2, 3, 10 and 12 pair a banner, flag or Blade Stand with a table or plinth. Kits 4 to 9 and 11 add a full back wall. Trestle tables for kits 5 and 8 aren't included.

Can I change what comes in a kit?
Will a kit fit my stand space?
Each package is designed to fit within a standard-sized exhibition space, and kits can be adapted to the space you have booked. Send us your space size and we can suggest one.
How long does a kit take to set up?
It depends on the kit. Each component in kit 1 takes no more than 60 seconds. Kits 11 and 12 go up in under 10 minutes, kits 6 to 8 in around 12, and kit 9 in around 15.
Most kits include their own portable table, plinth or counter. Kits 5 and 8 come with printed cloths for 1.8m trestle tables, but the trestle tables themselves aren't included.
Can I hire a portable exhibition kit?
The kits are sold, so they are yours to reuse at event after event, with new graphics when your message changes. For a single show, ask us about our exhibition hire kits.
