Email your artwork to artwork@displays2go.com.au. Put the order or job number in the subject line if you have one, so it reaches the right job rather than the queue.
If the file bounces back because it is too big to email, get in touch and we can arrange another way to get it across.
What to send
- A high-resolution PDF is what we prefer, and it is the format least likely to cause a problem.
- We also accept TIFF, JPEG, Illustrator and EPS files. A $75 conversion fee applies to anything that is not a PDF.
How to set the file up
- Size. Set up at 100% of the finished size, or proportional to it.
- Bleed. Allow 10 mm to all edges unless a product template says otherwise. The template always wins.
- Text. Outline or embed all fonts, so nothing reflows on our machines. There is a guide to outlining text if you need it.
- Transparency. Flatten any gradients, layers or transparencies before you send it. There is a guide for that too.
- Resolution. Aim for at least 150 ppi at 100% of the finished size. Below 75 ppi we cannot print it well, whatever we do at our end.
If you would rather we checked it first
We offer an optional preflighting service at $45 ex-GST per job, not per file. Our studio checks the artwork against the template and the finished product and sends digital proofs back before anything goes to print.
