Plain white corflute box with a single slot cut into the lid

A white corflute entry box is ready for custom printing, giving a draw or survey a simple collection point on a counter or desk. A single slot in the lid shows people exactly where their forms go. The white surface takes printed graphics or a label, so the same box can be matched to any promotion.
