Sampling stands under a marquee give food brands room to serve, sell and talk to customers, such as this Kapiti cheese and ice cream setup. Staff work from branded counters with product fridges and a menu board behind them, keeping stock close to hand. Black panels with floral accents run around the whole space, so the stand reads as one brand.
