Theming a venue is a set-building job with a deadline and a pack-down. The room has to read as your brand from the door, and it has to go up and come down inside whatever window the venue gives you.
We build the physical side of that: the walls, the signage, the flooring and the pieces that make a standard function room stop looking like a standard function room.
What we usually build
- Printed walls and backdrops - large-format fabric and panel graphics that cover existing surfaces, so the room carries your artwork rather than the venue's.
- Hanging and overhead signage - banners and rigged pieces that work above head height, where there is usually more free space than at floor level.
- Flooring - defines zones, hides cabling and changes how a space reads underfoot.
- Custom set pieces - entrance arches, feature walls, bars, plinths and props designed for the space and built in our own facility.
- Screens - where the theming needs to change through the night, or carry content rather than a fixed graphic.
Worth checking before you commit to a design
- What can you actually fix to? Most venues will not let you touch the walls or the ceiling. That usually decides whether a piece is freestanding, weighted or rigged.
- How long is the bump-in? A four-hour window and an overnight build are different briefs, and it changes how the pieces are made.
- Is it used once or every year? A reusable build costs more up front and far less the second time. If it is genuinely single-use, say so and we can build to suit.
- Who is installing it? We can install and pack down, or supply it built to go up by your own crew.

Tell us the venue, the dates and what the room needs to feel like, and we can tell you what is possible inside the rules and the bump-in window. Real people. Straight answers. No runaround.
