At a conference, a handful of questions come up over and over: what is on next, where is it, who is speaking, where are the toilets. A digital information board answers them on screen, so your team can get on with the rest.
How far it goes is up to you. At the simple end it is a single slide, built for you and put on the screen. At the other end it is fully interactive, letting visitors check session times, look up speaker bios, find where they are seated or work out where the nearest toilet is. The board can also be programmed to update through the day as the programme moves on.
It suits multi-session conferences and any event where the running order shifts and printed signage goes out of date by mid-morning.
