A demonstration table has to do more than hold product. It needs to survive being set up in a supermarket aisle at 7am, take a crowd leaning on it all day, and still look sharp in the photos.
Ours are designed for exactly that: portable, sturdy and finished with printed graphics so the table works as a display in its own right. Whether it is food sampling, a product demo or a promotional activation, we can supply the table plain or fully branded.

Choosing the right demonstration table
Two ranges cover most jobs. Superlight tables are the lightest, for staff who carry the kit in and out of stores several times a day. Presenter tables are sturdier and hold 70kg on the top.

Branding and graphics
A printed wrap covers the front and both sides of the table, and an optional header board on poles adds height. Graphics are interchangeable, so one table can serve several campaigns. Our artwork specifications cover the templates for each table size.

What sizes do demonstration tables come in?
Can I use one for food sampling?
Yes. The tables are widely used for food and beverage sampling in supermarkets and shopping centres, and the Superlight, Presenter and round table tops are food safe. Pair them with sampling trays or a portable kitchen.
Do the tables come with graphics?
They can be supplied plain or with a printed wrap and header board. Graphics can be swapped between campaigns.
Every table folds flat. Superlight tables weigh from under 4kg, and Presenter tables from 5kg. The Market Stand, Retail Demonstrator and inflatable counters come with a carry bag; for most other tables it is an add-on.
Which width suits a supermarket?
800mm is the largest standard size typically permitted in stores, so it is the most popular width for supermarket sampling. The Retail Demonstrator is pre-approved for Woolworths. Larger tables such as the Presenter 1000 suit exhibitions and shopping malls.
Can tables be joined for a bigger counter?
Yes. Presenter and Superlight tables can sit side by side, and a one-piece wrap can join them into one work area. Three curved Presenter 900s make a 2.7m wide surface.
