Display and exhibition hire

Not every show, activation or pop-up needs a stand you keep. When the job is one event, one season or one campaign, hiring the kit can get you a sharp, branded display without the outlay or the storage headache afterwards.

Displays 2 Go hires out the same kit we build and sell: exhibition walls, display boards and complete exhibition and shopping-centre stand kits. Everything is printed with your own branding where it applies, and it arrives ready to set up.

What you can hire

• Exhibition wall hire - fabric SuperWall backdrops and booth walls in 2.4 m, 3 m and larger widths, printed with your graphics.
• Display board hire - portable, double-sided Velcro-compatible panels for posters, signage and product displays.
• Portable bar hire - branded event bars on castors, configured for drinks service, coffee or sampling.
• Exhibition stand hire kits - complete stands for 3 x 3 m open booths through to a 6 x 6 m food and beverage sampling booth, with flooring, counters, shelving and printed graphics included.
• Shopping-centre hire packages - registration, foot-traffic and consultant kits sized to the height limits of the major centres.

How hire works

1. Tell us the job. The event, the venue, the space you have booked and the dates. If you already know the kit you want, name it; if not, describe what you need to do on the stand and we can suggest a configuration.

2. We quote. A single quote covering the kit, your printed graphics and the hire period. Our exhibition kits are quoted for hire periods of up to five days (up to ten days for the food and beverage sampling kit); longer periods are quoted on request.

3. Artwork and printing. Send us your artwork to the templates we supply, or ask our graphic designers to lay it out for you. Graphics are printed in full colour and fitted to the kit before it leaves us.

4. Delivery, set-up and return. Most hire kits are designed for self-assembly with no tools - a SuperWall backdrop takes one person about five minutes. Help with installation at the venue is available if you would rather not. When the show is over, pack it down and send it back.

Hire or buy?

Hiring suits one-off shows, trial campaigns, and teams that don't have anywhere to store a stand between events. It also suits large-format kits - a raised floor, counters and overhead signage are a lot to own for two shows a year.

Buying makes more sense when the same display goes out several times a year, when the graphics rarely change, or when the kit is small and easy to carry, like a pull-up banner or a single display panel. Many of our products, including the shopping-centre packages, are available to hire or buy - ask for both prices and compare.
