Exhibitions and events, from a 3x3 booth to a 6x6 island

Exhibiting comes in sizes, and the size decides almost everything else.

A 3 x 3 metre shell scheme needs a backdrop, a counter and a banner, and you can usually put it up yourself. A 6 x 6 island space needs a designed structure, hanging signage, flooring, screens and a crew to install it. Most briefs sit somewhere between the two.

This page is here to help you work out which end you are at. The product pages below have the detail, and the design, print and installation are all handled in-house.

If you are in a shell scheme

  • Exhibition wall graphics - Branded panels printed to fit standard shell scheme walls, so a generic white booth looks like your own.
  • Banners and banner stands - Lightweight, portable and simple enough to set up without help. The usual starting point.
  • Portable exhibition kits - One kit, one price, rather than piecing a stand together item by item. Travels light and avoids most set-up costs.

If you have a bigger space

  • Custom exhibition stands - Designed and built here in Australia, with a dedicated project manager from concept through to bump-out - one point of contact rather than a series of handoffs.
  • Event and exhibition flooring - Hides the cabling, defines your footprint and makes the whole stand look considered rather than assembled.
  • Screens and digital displays - Hanging screens, interactive panels and LED walls, for when a printed graphic is not going to stop anyone.

If you would rather not own it

  • Exhibition stand hire kits - Not every exhibition needs a custom build. Hire gives you a finished stand without the lead time or the outlay, and nothing to store afterwards.
  • Exhibition wall hire - Printed fabric walls and booth backdrops in 2.4 m, 3 m and larger widths.

Worth deciding before you brief anyone

  • How much floor space have you booked, and what shape? A corner, an island and an inline booth all behave differently, even at the same square metreage.
  • What are the height limits? Venues and organisers set these, and they decide whether hanging signage is an option at all.
  • How long before the show? A custom build needs design, approval and production time. Hire and portable kits do not.
  • Will you use it again? If yes, it is worth building something that packs down properly and storing it between shows. If not, hire is usually the sensible call.
