We start with your objectives, your space allocation and your budget - not with a template. Our design team then builds your stand in 3D so you can see exactly what you are getting, walk around it on screen and change your mind before anything is cut. Revisions happen at this stage, not on the show floor.
Good stand design is practical as well as striking: sightlines from the aisle, a clear path in, somewhere to talk, somewhere to store bags and boxes, and graphics that read from ten metres away. We design for the venue rules too, including height limits and rigging.
Stands are manufactured in-house, so materials, print, fabrication, finishing and pre-builds all sit under one roof with full quality control. Custom structures and joinery, counters and plinths, raised flooring, lightboxes, overhead banners and hanging signs, large-format LED and digital screens, lighting design and interactive or gaming elements can all be part of the build.
Every stand is pre-built and checked before it leaves us, which is how we keep surprises off the show floor.
Graphics are printed in-house on fabric, rigid panel and vinyl, with backlit and double-sided options. Our team supplies artwork templates and checks your files before print, or our designers can produce the artwork for you. If you plan to reuse the stand, graphics can be swapped between shows while the structure stays the same.
Buy a custom stand when you exhibit several times a year and want a presence that is unmistakably yours. We store it between shows and get it show-ready for the next one, including any changes.

We freight the stand to the venue, install it, and check everything before the doors open. When the show closes we bump out and pack down too. Allow six to eight weeks from a signed-off brief to the show for a typical custom build: about two weeks for concept and 3D renders, three to four weeks for manufacturing and graphics, then freight and install. Shorter runs are possible for simpler stands - tell us your show date and we can confirm.
Any size the venue allocates. The most common are 3x3m and 6x3m booths, with larger island stands for major shows. Send us your floor-plan allocation and any height or rigging limits and we will design to fit.
Yes. Custom stands are built to be reused, and we can store the stand between shows, refresh or swap the graphics, and adapt the layout to a different space allocation.
Yes. Our team freights the stand to the venue, installs it, checks it before opening, then packs it down after the show. This is included in the quote for custom builds anywhere in Australia.
