Custom build or hire kit
A custom exhibition stand starts with a brief and 3D renders for sign-off, then is manufactured in-house, freighted and installed; the exhibition stand gallery shows real builds. Our design and build team can create the artwork, and hanging exhibition banners and raised exhibition flooring can be added. For a space-only site, exhibition hire kits give you a finished stand with your printed graphics. How much does an exhibition stand cost in Brisbane?
How far in advance should I book a stand for a Brisbane show?
For a custom build, allow four to eight weeks from a signed-off brief to bump-in, so there is time for design, sign-off, manufacturing and freight. Hire kits have a standard production time of two weeks from your order and print-ready artwork, plus freight, subject to availability around peak show dates.
Do you install at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre (BCEC)?
Yes. We deliver and install at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre (BCEC) at South Bank, the Royal International Convention Centre at Brisbane Showgrounds, and the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre at Broadbeach. We manage the venue paperwork, loading dock bookings and bump-out as part of the job.
Can you store my stand between shows?
Yes. Our logistics and storage service can hold your stand, graphics and collateral between shows and ship it to the next venue, in Brisbane or interstate.
