Custom builds suit brands that need a stand people will stop at: double-decker walls, backlit graphics, hanging signage, product plinths, meeting spaces, screens and interactive elements can all be part of the design. We can also store the stand between shows if you plan to run it again in Brisbane or interstate.
Not every show needs a custom build. Our exhibition hire kits give you a finished, professional stand without the lead time or the capital outlay: walls, counters, lighting, flooring and printed graphics, delivered and set up for you. Kits work well for shell-scheme spaces, first-time exhibitors and regional shows where a full custom build is hard to justify.

Graphics are printed and finished in-house, so the stand and the artwork are produced by the same team and checked together before anything leaves the building. Fabric tension graphics, backlit lightbox panels, vinyl, hanging exhibition banners and raised exhibition flooring can all be matched to your brand colours. Our design and build team can create the artwork from your brand guidelines, or work from print-ready files supplied by your agency.
Our Queensland office and crew look after Brisbane and Gold Coast shows, with the stand designed and built in-house and freighted north in time for bump-in. Queensland shows often mean a stand that has to travel. We build and pre-assemble in the workshop, pack it to survive the freight leg, and our Queensland crew installs it at the venue so what you signed off in the 3D render is what stands on the floor.
We work at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre (BCEC) at South Bank, the Royal International Convention Centre at Brisbane Showgrounds, and the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre at Broadbeach for shows down the coast. Venue induction, loading dock bookings, forklift access and rubbish removal are handled as part of the job, and our logistics and storage service can hold your stand and collateral between shows.

We supply and install digital and multimedia displays: LED walls, touchscreen kiosks, looping product video and lighting rigs, all wired and tested before the show opens. Combined with a well-designed structure and printed graphics, these are the elements that give a stand its theatre without pushing the budget out of shape.
It depends on size, structure and finish. A hire kit for a shell-scheme space is the most economical option; a custom-built stand is priced on the design. Send us your floor plan and objectives and we can quote both routes within a business day.
For a custom build allow eight to twelve weeks from brief to bump-in so there is time for design, sign-off and manufacturing. Hire kits can usually be arranged in two to three weeks, subject to availability around peak show dates.
