Custom build or hire kit
A custom stand is designed from scratch around your floor space and brand, then built in-house, freighted and installed: see our custom exhibition stands page and the exhibition stand gallery. Hanging exhibition banners and raised exhibition flooring can be part of it, and our design and build team can create the artwork. Delivery and installation in Sydney
Our head office and warehouse are at Artarmon, on Sydney's lower north shore, so a Sydney stand is built a short drive from the venue. Our logistics and storage service can hold your stand and collateral between shows.

How much does an exhibition stand cost in Sydney?
How far in advance should I book a stand for a Sydney show?
For a custom build, allow four to eight weeks from a signed-off brief to bump-in, so there is time for design and manufacturing. Hire kits have a standard production time of two weeks from your order and print-ready artwork, plus freight, subject to availability around peak show dates.
Do you install at ICC Sydney at Darling Harbour?
Yes. We deliver and install at ICC Sydney at Darling Harbour, The Dome and the exhibition halls at Sydney Showground (Sydney Olympic Park), and the conference hotels and event spaces around the CBD and North Sydney. We manage the venue paperwork, loading dock bookings and bump-out as part of the job.
Can you store my stand between shows?
Yes. Our logistics and storage service can hold your stand, graphics and collateral between shows and ship it to the next venue, in Sydney or interstate.
